We joined UN Global Compact
FHP Group – Italy’s leading port and railway bulk cargo logistics company, wholly owned by F2i SGR – has joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest strategic corporate initiative (with over 20,000 member companies representing more than 160 countries) that aims to promote the responsibility of organizations.
With this choice, the Group commits to abiding by and promoting the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact relating to human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption, and integrating them into its corporate strategy, culture, and operations, as well as expressing its willingness to adopt policies aimed at achieving the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Demonstrating FHP Group’s commitment to its ESG impacts, becoming part of the Global Compact takes on greater significance also as it provides tangible evidence of the promotion of a positive social impact and responsible management of the territories in which it operates.
