Livorno is a multipurpose port connected to the TEN-T network, specializing in comprehensive maritime logistics management. It offers unloading, customs bonded warehousing, and delivery services for forestry products (cellulose, paper, timber), metals, and bulk cargo. It also handles imports of cereals, legumes, oilseeds, and flours, using flat warehouses and silos. The terminal is equipped for the entire operational cycle: from receiving ships to storage and final distribution.

The system allows employees to report, also anonymously, any behavior that does not comply with the Company's Code of Ethics aziendale o violazioni di normative nazionali ed europee che possano ledere l’interesse pubblico o l’integrità della Società.
Le segnalazioni vengono gestite in modo riservato attraverso il software «My Whistleblowing», basato sulla piattaforma “MyGovernance” di MYGO S.r.l. (Gruppo Zucchetti), che adotta avanzati sistemi di crittografia per garantire la massima tutela del segnalante.
La gestione delle segnalazioni è affidata all’Organismo di Vigilanza, in conformità alla Procedura “Whistleblowing” adottata dalla Società.
